Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York is seeking a qualified Otolaryngologist to provide care in South Brooklyn, NY. This part-time position involves outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, OR time, and education of residents and medical students.

The annual base salary is $204,000, with a total compensation package valued at $248,400, which includes bonuses and contributions. Benefits include generous PTO, CME reimbursement and healthcare coverage.

Wages and Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $204,000* based on a 24‑hour work week.

Annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $248,400**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below.

• Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution: employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings; after one year, an additional 7% contribution.
