Job summary

Eden Capital Careers seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon for a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, VT. The role involves 8am-5pm, full-time work across two locations, with a competitive compensation package and relocation support.

Candidates must have an MD or DO, completed Otolaryngology residency, and VT license eligibility, with strong clinical and surgical skills and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and APPs to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.Split between 2 locations.
