Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, education, business, communications, social sciences, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in program coordination, project management, and/or workplace safety.
• Strong communication, staff coordination, and client or partner interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily operations of OTIEC programs and ensure courses and support services are aligned and delivered.
• Identify operational efficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen service delivery and fiscal sustainability.
• Coordinate with district leadership and OTIEC staff to promote growth and ensure compliance with OSHA-related requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for OTIEC clients, students, partners, contractors, and instructors with clear communication and expectations.
• Develop reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders and regional partners.
