CAPOregon is offering an Energy Conservation and Weatherization Internship across Oregon, including Salem and Portland. The program runs 8–12 weeks, with paid participation and mentorship.
As an intern you will attend trainings, assist in weatherization improvements, gain hands-on experience in homes served by weatherization programs, and earn relevant certifications.
The next cohort for this program is set to begin in September of 2026.

The OTI Energy Conservation and Weatherization Training Program is an 8-12 week program located in multiple locations around the state of Oregon. During the program, participants will be paired with local training providers to learn more about the Energy and Weatherization industry via online trainings and on-site opportunities located in Portland, Salem, Albany, Medford and Bend Oregon. Training location based on participant location. Training slots are limited.
