Job summary

Shindigs Bar & Grill in Winfield, KS is hiring for a Culinary Team member in a fast-paced kitchen. Full-time positions are available with 38–50 hours per week, paid training, and weekend/holiday shifts. Weekly pay is provided, and employees receive 50% off on shift meals and 25% off dining as guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Drug/alcohol screening upon application, yearly, and for incident reviews (10-panel test, including THC)
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs routinely
• Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient knowledge of restaurant operations, including food prep, safety regulations, and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Manage inventory, food storage, and proper rotation
