• Taking orders: Accurately and efficiently receive orders for food and beverages from restaurant guests.
• Delivering orders: Promptly and carefully deliver food and beverages to guests while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Providing excellent customer service: Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment: Assist with cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Upselling & suggestive selling: Recommend menu items and beverages to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Communicating effectively: Clearly communicate orders to kitchen staff and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Cash handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Sidework: Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, preparing side dishes, and cleaning restrooms
