Job summary

Benny's Big Time Pizzeria in Lake Forest, NC is seeking an exceptional kitchen leader who loves coaching, crafting great dishes, and driving a lively, pizza-focused operation.

You will mentor staff, oversee expo pacing, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. Benefits include health insurance, a 401K, and two weeks PTO, with room to grow while enjoying pizza.

Qualifications

• Must be versed in from-scratch cooking, including fresh pasta.
• Must have at least 2 years of kitchen management experience.
• Must be competent with kitchen tools, including knife work, mixers, slicers, etc.

• Closing oversight - ensuring kitchen is clean, food is stored properly & walk-in is organized.
