Job summary

Toastique in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, and ensure accuracy while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Cross-trained across functions, you’ll support busy periods by preparing toast, smoothies, bowls, espresso and more. Must be 18+, with restaurant experience and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, weekends and/or holidays.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred.

Front of House Team Member The Front of House Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. As the face of Toastique, FOH team members create a welcoming environment while ensuring efficiency, accuracy and strong customer engagement.

The responsibilities listed below are some key responsibilities but not limited to those only. All team members are expected to be cross trained and flex positions based on the volume of the store

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

• Complete Opening and closing procedures done accurately and during allotted time frame
• Adhere to all food safety standards

Support & Teamwork

• Assist with restocking, light prep and merchandising items
• Support team members during busy periods by making toast, smoothies, bowls, espresso, dishes, etc.
• Communicate clearly with BOH and Leadership regarding the shift

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, afternoons, weekends and/or holidays
• Meet store expectations and standards by following food and beverage recipe guides, cash handling procedures, food safety & uniform guidelines
• Food Safety Certification (ServSafe) preferred
