Job summary

• Own and prioritize the OTC product backlog.
• Act as the SME for OTC processes and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate into user stories.
• Coordinate testing activities including PIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Support cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage functional requests using Jira.
