Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the United States seeks a seasoned SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex OTC solutions within SAP S/4HANA. 13–15 years of OTC experience, strong consulting and leadership skills, and a proven track record with large enterprise clients are required.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain, lead Fit-to-Standard sessions, and shape global templates and rollouts for multinational

Qualifications

• 13-15 years of SAP Order to Cash (OTC) experience with B2B, dealer-centric and Direct Ship scenarios.
• Extensive hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Proven lead consultant on multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Experience designing Commercial processes for pricing, billing, returns, and credit/debit handling.
• Strong understanding of Direct Ship and 3PL fulfillment models affecting OTC execution.
• Knowledge of Finance integrations (Billing, AR, Credit Management, revenue postings).
• Familiar with Supply Chain touchpoints (allocation, backorders, fulfillment orchestration).
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and gap/fit analysis for Commercial scope.
• Ability to trade off decisions across Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Strong SAP module integration and third-party system knowledge.
• Experience in global template design and rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of business process re-engineering and transformation programs.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
