- Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts
- Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc)
- Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Who are we looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ trading within the payment industry or financial services industry preferably
- A strong network of clients for on/off ramp service and/or block trading activities.
- Proven track record in building and managing client relationships.
- Possess knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak the local language. Fluency in English is required.
