Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare & Benefits Broker. The Broker will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs and providing appropriate health sharing plans, advising clients on benefits options, and guiding them through enrollment processes. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting plan options, negotiating with providers, and assisting clients with claims and plan management. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes and maintaining thorough and accurate records.

  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in market research and plan negotiation
  • Knowledge of healthcare and benefits options, including alternative health sharing plans
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
