Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in financial services.
• Experience supporting a financial product or marketing desk.
• Knowledge of trade life-cycle events.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to guidelines.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels to support efficiency and service.
• Analyzes and resolves moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions.
• Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on impact to other units.
