Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an OTC Analyst to ensure accurate and timely customer transactions, maintain data integrity, and resolve issues delaying invoicing, payment, or cash application. The role collaborates with Billing, AR, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Master Data across locations.

The ideal candidate has a 2+ year background in OTC/AR, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, AR, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, or related area.
• Understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience with customer invoicing portals or workflow systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OTC processes including customer master data, billing, invoicing, cash application, and collections support.
• Process and monitor invoices, credits, debits, payments, deductions, and related transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate billing exceptions, pricing discrepancies, unapplied cash, disputes, and adjustments.
• Maintain customer account information including billing data, payment terms, and contact details.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in applicable systems.
• Gather, validate, and distribute supporting documents such as POs, proofs of delivery, and pricing docs.
• Prepare OTC reports, dashboards, KPIs, and trackers to support performance.
• Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and suggest process improvements.
• Support system implementations, testing, and special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers to maintain strong working relationships.
