Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Norton Health and Rehab - Galloway, OH team for full-time daytime hours. The role requires an Associate Degree in OTA, active COTA license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience is preferred.

You will implement treatment plans under OT supervision, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
