Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy services in the facility.
• Conduct regular resident screenings to determine best interventions.
• Perform treatment plans and follow-up as per plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and care teams.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in collaboration with team members.
• Conduct therapy per treatment plan and ensure documentation and billing.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
