Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services in Temple, OK, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support an in-house skilled nursing facility. You will plan, organize, and direct Occupational Therapy services to maintain high-quality resident care in accordance with standards.

Responsibilities include screening residents, implementing treatment plans, communicating findings to families and the interdisciplinary team, scheduling therapy, and ensuring proper documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in facility.
• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention.
• Perform treatment plans following established goals and plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and interdisciplinary team.
• Establish therapy schedules with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to plan and ensure documentation and billing.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.

Education

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy

OTA licensure in state(s) of practice
