• Builds trust-based relationships with residents and families.
• Observes progress and suggests changes to treatment plans.
• Instructs residents and families on home programs and adaptive equipment.
• Performs routine tasks and uses equipment to move residents safely.
• Documents patient care according to procedures.
• Collaborates with team to foster an inclusive workplace.
