PediaStaff is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) for a skilled nursing facility in Watkins, Minnesota. This role offers a consistent 35-hour schedule, competitive pay, and a collaborative team focused on quality patient care in a beautiful facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Minnesota OTA license or eligibility to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients' functional goals and independence.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff.
• Assist with the general operation of the therapy department.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of therapy programs.
