PediaStaff is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Watkins, Minnesota. The role offers competitive pay and the chance to work with a supportive team dedicated to high-quality patient care in a beautiful facility.

You will evaluate and treat patients, maintain timely documentation, and contribute to program development while collaborating with physicians, families, and fellow staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current Minnesota OT license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients in the skilled nursing setting.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help plan, market, and develop new therapy programs.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff.
• Present in-services to fellow therapy team members.
• Assist with the overall operation and development of the therapy department.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state regulations, as needed.

Formation
