Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current MN license (or eligibility).
- Strong communication and patient-care focus.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under OT supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
- Document progress and communicate updates to OT.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals.
