Key Rehab in Bloomfield, IA is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our SNF team in various capacities including PRN, full-time, or part-time. You will support therapists by implementing care plans and assisting with patient progress in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active COTA license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
• Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the OT, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate progression through treatment plans as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care.
