TheraDynamics, a therapist-owned rehabilitation company in the Tri-State area, seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to support OTs in skilled nursing facilities. You will design interventions to restore independence, address ADLs, cognition, and safe discharge planning, with strong clinical autonomy and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Current or eligible for New York State OTA license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Occupational Therapist in procedures, tests and complex treatments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to coordinate patient care.
• Address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, ADLs, and discharge planning.
