Flagship Therapy in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative services to geriatric and post-acute patients.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; plan care.
• Deliver rehabilitative interventions and wound care per regulatory standards.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises.
• Counsel patients, families, and care teams regarding physical disorders.
• Create discharge summaries that meet regulatory and clinical requirements.
