Job summary

MGT Impact Solutions is seeking a Consulting Project Manager for OTTM in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role is onsite, full-time contract for 1 year with potential renewals; expected to last 2–3 years overall.

You will lead an OT/network modernization program, coordinating vendors, cybersecurity and engineering teams, while managing schedule, budget, and risk in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of project and program management principles for complex technology and infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Operational Technology, enterprise network infrastructure, data centers, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or systems integration.
• Knowledge of scheduling, RAID, scope/change control, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, engineering teams, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of network deployment, site readiness, testing, commissioning, migrations, and controlled cutovers.
• Ability to manage projects in mission-critical, 24x7 environments.
• Experience with Arista, CloudVision, Cisco and related networking/cybersecurity tech is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the OTTM Project Management Plan with phases, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish and track the master project schedule and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate activities across data centers, stations, labs, field locations, cybersecurity, and deployments.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, OEMs, systems integrators, contractors, cybersecurity partners, and stakeholders.
• Track vendor commitments, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and actions.
• Manage expenditures, invoices, costs, and remaining contingency.
• Maintain project scope and change-control processes.
• Maintain an active RAID Register and ensure decisions are tracked to closure.
• Coordinate design workshops, engineering reviews, and document decisions.
• Lead site readiness, installations, testing, migrations, cutovers, and acceptance.
• Lead regular project coordination meetings and weekly status reports.
