Job summary

Baptist Health Rehab Services in Lexington, KY is seeking an Office Coordinator to support Rehab Service operations and assist with safe patient care. You will manage a multi-line phone system, prepare reports, monitor referrals, handle co-payments, and set up treatment rooms.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, one year of related experience, and BLS within 30 days; Medical Office experience is preferred. This is a full-time daytime position with comprehensive benefits.

Summary Job Description: Baptist Health Rehab Services provides a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for all ages. Our therapists and assistants are trained in treating neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, lymphedema, pediatrics, industrial medicine, swallowing, and speech and language disorders.

Office Coordinator Full-Time, Days

The Office Coordinator is responsible for completing clerical and administrative support tasks to enable Rehab Service overall function; as well as providing services to support and assist with safe patient care. Manages multi-line phone system (answered courteously within 3 rings). Completes monthly statistical reports for manager and department director. Monitors and clears referral work queue daily. Handles co-payment collections; including logging of payments, issuing receipts, and daily deposits at cashier's office. Prepares treatment rooms/areas (clean linens, modality/equipment as needed, etc).

Requirements

High School/GED One Year related experience BLS within 30 days Medical Office experience preferred.
