Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• Five years of experience in Energy Management System/OT/SCADA environments, preferably electric utility.
• Strong understanding of SCADA fundamentals and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support EMS and related technology for energy delivery operations.
• Collaborate with system operators, engineers, and field crews to troubleshoot real time issues.
• Safely deploy software changes and maintain system documentation per lifecycle processes.
• Provide 24x7 emergency support to protect grid reliability.
