Job summary

1898 & Co., a division of Burns & McDonnell, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex OT‑focused integration programs across control systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise connectivity. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and drive client engagements from proposal through delivery.

Ideal candidates bring strong OT domain knowledge, leadership, and experience coordinating onshore and offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience, with 2+ years in operational technology projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience with OT systems such as OMS, DMS, ADMS, SCADA, and related utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT-focused integration projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop proposals, estimates, planning, and scheduling with clients.
• Manage project lifecycles, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Track status, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee onshore/offshore resources and third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards.
