Job summary

1898 & Co., a division of Burns & McDonnell, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex OT-focused integration projects across control systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise connectivity. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include business development, program estimation, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting, with a emphasis on safety, quality, and client relationships. Travel up to 30% to support onshore/offshore efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, CS, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years PM/Program Management experience with at least 2 years focused on operational technology projects or programs.
• Experience leading large projects or programs; PMP or Agile SAFe a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT-focused integration projects from scope to delivery.
• Develop proposals, estimates, planning, and schedules.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore resources and vendors.
• Monitor risks, issues, and performance metrics.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.
