The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale OT projects on time and within budget. Travel and multiple locations may be involved as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project or program management with at least 2 years in OT projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile SAFe are a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program estimation, planning, and budgeting activities.
• Coordinate delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Manage full project lifecycles with schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Create detailed status reports and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Supervise and coordinate internal teams, client personnel, and vendors.
