Job summary

Southern Company is seeking an OT Systems and Compliance leader to oversee infrastructure services for OT systems across Power Delivery and Gas operations. You will partner with affiliates to design, implement, and manage high-availability environments while ensuring compliance with NERC CIP, TSA‑SD2C, and FERC requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and complex environments.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP, TSA-SD2C, FERC protocols and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT Systems and Compliance team across affiliates.
• Guide design, implementation and support of high-availability infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP, TSA-SD2C and FERC requirements.
