Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT for a permanent, direct-hire assignment in the United States. You will provide skilled OT services per physician orders in a collaborative team setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current state OT license or in progress, CPR certification, and the ability to assess needs, plan and modify care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license or active licensure application in progress.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT services according to physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Inclusion of Early Intervention where applicable.
