Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Sheridan, WY to assess functional needs and create individualized treatment plans for residents in a skilled-nursing setting. You will collaborate with rehabilitation and nursing teams and adapt interventions as residents progress.

The assignment is a 13-week W-2 contract with a 40-hour schedule and 36 guaranteed hours per week. Minimum requirements include a Wyoming OT license and at least one year of relevant experience, plus strong assessment

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming occupational therapist authorization.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong assessment, treatment-planning and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional needs and develop individualized OT plans.
• Adapt treatment as residents progress and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation and nursing teams in a skilled-nursing setting.
