Relient Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Thermopolis, WY. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current WY license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
