Job summary

Uniti Med in Gillette, Wyoming is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with days shifts in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore independence.

Join a collaborative rehab team and supervise OTAs while maintaining thorough documentation. Active OT license, NBCOT certification, and graduation from an AOTA-accredited program are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license applicable to the assignment.
• Current NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery strategies.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and support personnel as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
