Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an OT Security Technical Lead to design, implement and continuously improve cybersecurity controls across Crown’s global OT environments, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.

The role combines engineering leadership with architecture to reduce cyber risk while safeguarding production and product quality. Based in Yardley, PA, the position requires collaboration with regional IT and plant teams to ensure secure configurations and ongoing compliance with Crown

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, or Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Preferred OT/ICS security certifications are a plus.
• TOGAF certification would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OT security controls for OT assets.
• Define OT cybersecurity architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams and plant engineers to ensure secure configurations.
