Job Title – OT Security Lead

Location – Remote – candidate may need to travel to Denver, CO or Washington, DC for onboarding but does not need to reside in those areas.

Role Type – Contract – 6 months (1,040 hours)

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a significant focus on Operational Technology (OT) security.
• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Armis.
• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB in the context of OT asset management.
• Knowledge of ICS and SCADA equipment including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Develop, document, and manage the enterprise OT security program, including policies, standards, and implementation roadmap.
• Conduct risk and security assessments, and recommend improvements to ICS systems and OT cybersecurity functions.
• Manage OT security projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for OT security communications with executives and stakeholders.
• Provide weekly progress updates to IT leadership and tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use Armis for OT asset discovery, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
• Integrate Armis data with ServiceNow CMDB to improve asset management and security visibility.
• Stay current with emerging OT security threats, trends, and technologies.
• Collaborate remotely with IT security and Manufacturing Automation teams to align strategies and integrate security into workflows.
• Travel required to either Denver, CO or Washington, DC area for initial onboarding.
