Job summary

Danta Technologies in Dallas, TX is seeking an OT Security Analyst to oversee SOC operations and incident response for OT/ICS environments. The role requires hands-on experience with SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and OT protocols, plus strong SIEM/SOAR skills.

Responsibilities include leading complex investigations, refining detection rules, developing playbooks, and mentoring junior analysts in a 24/7 shift-based SOC setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5–7 years in cybersecurity; SOC experience preferred.
• 3+ years OT/ICS with hands-on SCADA/PLCs/RTUs/HMIs.
• OT security certifications (CySA+, CEH, OSCP, GICSP, CCNA Security, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and Windows/Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC operations during assigned shifts and ensure proper escalation and SLAs.
• Lead investigations and responses to OT/ICS security incidents with cross-team coordination.
• Analyze OT security alerts/IOCs and refine detection rules for OT protocols.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and SOPs.
• Mentor Tier 1 & 2 analysts on incident handling and OT security concepts.
