The role requires blending project management rigor with hands-on discussions with operations engineers, network architects, and auditors to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable system delivery. The candidate will drive on-schedule, on-budget deployments across SCADA environments, emphasizing IT/OT differences, safety, high availability, and enterprise security

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years managing OT/SCADA projects in electric utilities.
• Proven track record delivering projects through an active NERC CIP audit cycle.
• Willingness to travel extensively as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact IT/OT infrastructure deployments across Transmission and Distribution SCADA environments.
• Interact with system operations engineers, network architects, and compliance auditors to ensure alignment.
• Deliver hardware deployments, software upgrades, and commissioning on schedule, on budget, with zero residual compliance risk.
