Qualifications

• Ten or more years of OT/SCADA project management in an electric utility environment.
• Proven track record delivering projects through an active NERC CIP audit cycle.
• Project management certifications such as PMP and/or CIP compliance credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT/OT project management and technical delivery for BES-related deployments.
• Develop project org charts, milestones, schedules and roadmaps to guide delivery.
• Support RFPs/SOWs with third-party vendors and managed solutions.
• Deliver weekly/monthly status reports and prepare steering committee materials.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Complete required training within two weeks of notification.
