Job summary

PSEG is seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Transmission & Distribution SCADA initiatives supporting BES Cyber Assets. The role requires navigating NERC CIP controls, coordinating with utility operations, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OT/SCADA project management in electric utility environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects with NERC CIP compliance.
• PMP preferred; CISSP/CISM/GCIP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/OT infrastructure deployments across Transmission and Distribution SCADA environments.
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards and zero residual compliance risk.
• Develop and manage project-level org charts, milestone schedules and plans.
• Assist in developing technical vision for PSEG LI systems and translate into end-to-end architectures.
• Support and create solutions for system dependencies identified during the effort.
• Coordinate with PSEG LI Supply Chain on RFPs/SOWs and 3rd party solutions.
• Provide weekly & monthly status reporting and prepare steering committee presentations.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per EPMO guidelines and Stage Gate Scorecards.
