Job summary

Qualifications

• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• OT degree or higher in OT (OT) or Bachelors/Masters in OT.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating each patient’s functional abilities and needs, then developing individualized therapy plans with physicians and care team.
• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and documenting outcomes thoroughly.
• Educating patients and families to build understanding and engagement during recovery.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Leading by example and supporting therapy assistants or students while upholding quality and service.
