Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a growing team. The role offers hourly pay with flexible schedule while delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated).
• Current license/registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
• Document findings timely on standardized forms and guidelines.
• Develop treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges are obtained.
• Deliver treatment using modalities and adjust as needed while following precautions.
