Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and robust benefits to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by state.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
