Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking an Occupational Therapist (PRN) to support patient recovery with evidence‑based therapy. You will assess functional abilities, create individualized plans, and deliver hands‑on treatment in coordination with physicians and the care team.

You’ll monitor progress, update plans as necessary, and provide education to patients and families to enhance engagement and outcomes, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited school.
• Maintains current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Maintains active Colorado state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to build understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners for seamless transitions of care.
