Qualifications

• License required in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
