Position Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
