Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work with residents on meaningful goals related to function, safety, and independence.

What You'll Do
  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions based on resident needs
  • Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and adaptive techniques
  • Recommend equipment and strategies that support safe participation in daily routines
  • Partner with rehab staff, nursing, and families to support resident progress
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
