Job summary

Gateway Rehab in Florence, KY is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide and direct therapy services, including assessment, treatment, and program planning, under physician orders. The role emphasizes compliant documentation and interprofessional communication.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Occupational Therapy (or higher), is NCBO-licensed, and has current BLS certification; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, where accepted.
• Masters Degree required otherwise.
• NCBO registered and licensed per state of practice requirements.
• Current, valid, and active registration or license per state requirements in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Gateway Rehab, located in Florence, KY is a 40 bed inpatient rehab providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physician’s orders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy where accepted.
