Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team at Wesley Ridge. You will evaluate residents, plan and implement therapy programs, and document progress to support daily independence.

You should be a graduate of an accredited OT program with Ohio licensure and 3–5 years of related experience. Our not-for-profit setting emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and meaningful impact on residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in Ohio.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress.
• Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress.
• Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents.
• Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps.
